5. Make Like a Kid and Eat Cereals

Cereals are usually fortified with calcium and folic acid, both of which are great skin and overall health. The morning after, instead of binging on an oily breakfast, keep it clean with a bowl of cereal and organic milk. The protein in the milk will replenish your tired muscles.
Choose cereals with oat or bran as these are usually unsweetened. Beware of chocolate coated of colourful ones, as these are usually laden with sugar, which you do not need at all.
6. Keep Hydrated

This is the golden rule of beauty. If you find yourself parched and tired after a night out, your body needs water. Drink up. Drop a slice of lemon into a jug of water and try to finish that by lunch time. Make another jug for the afternoon and finish that by dinner time. You will find yourself feeling much better and your skin will regain some of its luster.
7. Take a Nap

After doing exercises and getting some healthy food in your stomach, if you have the time, take a nap. Lower the blinds, put on some soothing music and hit that pillow. Sleep is a great healing agent, and your skin will thank you for it. Nap for a couple of hours. Set the alarm so you dont't miss any important appointments. When you wake up from your nap, drink water and get some food in stomach before you go out again.
8. Schedule A Break

When you start breaking out and getting cranky for no reason, it's time to halt the partying. too much of a good thing is never encouraged. If you've been going out non stop for a stretch, time to pull the breaks and stay in tonight. All the remedies in the world will not able to help you if you don't listen to your body. If you need company ask friends over for a movie at home. Or play scrabble. Sleep early. Soon you'll be back to your healthy self.
